Exercise – July 15, 2008

I did a little over 3 miles today. 3.12 miles in 55 minutes. I found an 8 week beginner’s running guide at the Runner’s World website that I’m going to follow. It’s mostly interval training to condition the body for running 2 miles nonstop. Yeehaw!
