Exercise – July 16, 2008

Day 2 of my 8 week program was just a walk. Did 2.2 miles in 38 minutes. Noticed an improvement in my heart rate. On my recorded walks back in May and early June my heart rate was in the high 130s. This time I pushed myself but never went above 132 bpm. My average heart rate was 122. Yay!
