Did 3.56 miles in 60 minutes today. This is Day 5 of my training program which included 10 repetitions of running 1 minute and walking 2 minutes. Still sucks. I do this again tomorrow and have a day off before starting Week 2 of the 8 week program.
My biggest obstacle is the pain in my shins. I need to look up and see if there are any exercises I can do to specifically target whatever that is.
