Yesterday was the 3rd of 4 introductory yoga classes but I couldn’t go. Something broke at work and I had to manage that instead. I ate three cookies instead.
Today is a big test of my physical condition. My running program shifts into a higher gear with ten repetitions of two minute runs and one minute walks. The rest of the week will be interesting as I’m flying out of state on business tomorrow and returning on Sunday. I should be able to keep up the program but I’ll have to make a concerted effort to do so.
