Easy day today. Walked 3.35 miles in 1 hour.
I’ve started keeping track of my calorie intake again. Even with all the exercise I’ve been doing lately I haven’t lost any weight. The rule of thumb is that you have to burn 3500 extra calories per week to lose 1 pound of fat. Although I eat healthy I think I’m consuming a couple hundred more calories per day than I should be. We’ll see how this works out for the next couple of weeks.
