I was so off my game today. I had a grueling run through Stratholme this afternoon with Moe. After that I needed a nap. The nap turned into a sleep and by the time I woke up it was fairly late. Groggy and totally wanting to go back to the couch, I set about getting my things together for today’s hard run. After just barely completing the last interval program of 2/1 x 10 (two minute run, one minute walk repeat ten times) I planned on pushing forward with a 3/1 x 7.
I managed four intervals, skipped number five and only did half of number six. I did get to feel a new burn in my legs so that was fun. I’ll repeat this program on Saturday and see how that goes.
