I’ve been away from the blog for nearly a week but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been active. I moved to a new apartment last week and suspended my running program for the duration. Yesterday I spent a long time talking myself into putting on my running shoes and getting outside. It’s starting to cool down here so I might look into buying some pants instead of shorts.
I completed a full 4/1 interval run with no cheating. Last Tuesday I had a quit a few of my runs about thirty seconds early. You can see in the graph my heart rate didn’t recover much between runs three and four. That’s where The Hill is.
I did 3.47 miles in 47 minutes. I think I’m running a combined total of two miles at this point. I feel tempted to just do a full out run and see how far I can go without a walking break.
